Chemult is located in scenic Central Oregon, on Highway 97, just 30 miles from Crater Lake National Park. The Chemult area offers a variety of activities year round. Our centralized location makes it convenient for you to visit a variety of wonders. Did you know. Amtrak stops here daily? 

     We find ourselves fortunate to live in such a magnificent outdoor recreation area. The winters bring lots of snow to play in. Snowmobiling, cross country skiing and dog sledding can’t be beat on our freshly groomed trails which meander through the forests to Crater Lake National Park, Crescent-O’Dell Lakes, Diamond Lake and our very own Miller Lake. The summers give us an abundance of sunshine in our High Desert climate. The hiking, biking, bird watching, fishing, hunting and exploring the Volcanic Legacy lands which surround us, is sure to keep your attention.
